Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward and fair return and exchange policy to ensure a positive customer experience.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Sale items
    • Custom or personalized jewelry

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Time Frame: You can return or exchange your jewelry within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition with all packaging (tissue paper, jewelry box, jewelry pouch, jewelry holder cards) intact. The items should not have been damaged, altered, or exposed to harsh conditions. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items that show signs of wear, have been resized, or are missing parts.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return process, please reach out to our Customer Service team at service@alexisandco.com. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Costs

  • Shipping Cost: We do not provide return shipping labels so please understand that you will have to cover this cost. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
  • Restocking Fees: We do reserve the right to process a 10% restocking fee for any return that doesn’t follow our policy.

Refund Processing

  • Refund Time Frame: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund Method: Refunds can and will only be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Processing

  • Exchange Time Frame: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange and send out the new item within 5 business days.
  • Price Adjustments: If the exchanged item is of a different price, we will either charge or refund the difference to the original payment method.
